The Girls Next Door, também conhecido como The Girls of the Playboy Mansion, é um reality show que foi ao ar originalmente no E! de 7 de agosto de 2005 a 8 de agosto de 2010. A série foi criada pelo produtor executivo Kevin Burns e Hugh Hefner, fundador e editor-chefe da revista Playboy. O programa foi seguido por dois spin-offs, Kendra and Holly's World.
