SINOPSE DE O JORNAL

Henry Hackett (Michael Keaton) é o editor de um tabloide de Nova York. Ele é um workaholic que ama o seu trabalho, mas as longas horas e os baixos salários estão levando-o ao descontentamento. Além disso, o editor Bernie White (Robert Duvall) enfrenta dificuldades financeiras, e faz sua impiedosa administradora Alicia Clark (Glenn Close), inimiga de Henry, impor cortes impopulares.
